Debjani Banerji

Debjani Banerji is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in administration and management within various medical institutions. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Department of Medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance since February 2021, Debjani oversees a diverse array of specialty divisions and services. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Division of Palliative Care & Geriatric Medicine to leading pediatric operations and the Department of Surgery. With a strong foundation in project management and operational efficiency, Debjani has a proven track record in enhancing clinical services and personnel management. Debjani holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from UMass Medical School and Clark University and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Rutgers University.
