Lauren Glatzer

Lauren Glatzer, LICSW, has extensive experience in social work and mental health care, currently serving as a Complex Care Manager at Cambridge Health Alliance since February 2017. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Mental Health Professional at MHM Services, Inc., providing care to incarcerated women and conducting evaluations and treatment plans per MCI-Framingham protocol. Lauren's background also includes serving as a Clinical Massage Therapist and Spa Director at Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women, where responsibilities included therapeutic massage and management of a large staff. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Mental Health Case Manager at St. Mary's Center for Women and Children, focusing on education and case management for pregnant and parenting teens. Lauren holds a Master of Social Work from Salem State University, a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University, and an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies from the Swedish Institute.
