Mital Suchak has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2000 with roles at PwC as a Senior HR Consultant and later as the Human Capital Leader for Forensic Services. Mital was responsible for developing and delivering people strategies aligned with business goals.

From 2016 to 2018, Mital worked as a Senior HR Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills, where they played a key role in driving growth, innovation, and profitability through organization design, talent management, and building a capable HR team.

Mital then moved on to WorldFirst in 2019 as the Head of People Partnering EMEA, where they led the EMEA region and maintained the business partnership with the technology and product function.

Mital joined Teneo in 2020, initially as the Director of People, UK, responsible for bringing together several acquired businesses, developing a people team, and implementing a new operating model. Later, they became the Global Head of Advisor Experience, leading a new global center of expertise focused on curating a market-leading people experience and culture.

Currently, Mital Suchak is the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Cambridge Healthcare Research, where they lead curious teams in resolving healthcare and life sciences challenges by providing critical insights and supporting pivotal judgements for healthcare decision-makers.

From 1997 to 2000, Mital Suchak attended The University of Manchester and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Later, from 2001 to 2003, Mital pursued an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD accredited) from the same university. Additionally, Mital obtained certifications in the People First Product Led: The Lean PX Design Programme from Sapien in 2023 and as a Strengthscope Practitioner from Strengthscope® in 2022.
