Paulina Salazar

Paulina Salazar has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Paulina currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC since December 2020. Prior to this, Paulina was the Chief Financial Officer at Madison Creek Partners from November 2016 to December 2020.

Paulina has also worked as the Director of Finance at Plum Healthcare Group, LLC from October 2011 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the financial operations of a rapidly-growing healthcare corporation with multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Additionally, Paulina has owned and managed their own business in the residential investment and remodeling industry since July 1997. Paulina has also held various financial and management positions at VidaLogica-Body, LLC, a fitness franchise, a remodeling company, Gateway Computers, and Honeywell Aerospace.

Throughout their career, Paulina has demonstrated a strong track record of financial management, leadership, and business optimization.

Paulina Salazar has a strong educational background in business administration and finance. Paulina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at the University of Oregon from 1995 to 1997.
