Betsy Nilan-Sakakini

Betsy Nilan-Sakakini currently serves as Associate Director of Major Gifts at Cambridge in America, where responsibilities include cultivating and stewarding major donors in California and Seattle to support the University of Cambridge, alongside developing strategic engagement plans tailored to individual donor interests. In addition, Nilan-Sakakini has held the position of President Emeritus & Board Chair at The Get In Touch Foundation since 2007, where a robust development program was established to enhance financial resources and support critical initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Operations at the same foundation, Founding Board Member and Chair on the Young Professionals Advisory Committee at the Ms. Foundation for Women, and a University of Virginia UK Teaching Fellow at Bryanston School, where coaching, teaching, and student engagement were key responsibilities. Nilan-Sakakini holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Women's Studies from Southern Connecticut State University.
