Matt Maynard

Matt Maynard is a seasoned events manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in event planning and brand management. Currently serving as the Events Manager at Cambridge Innovation Capital since September 2023, Matt oversees a variety of stakeholder events. As the founder and owner of DUSK Empire, a GQ-featured clothing brand, Matt has designed over 70 products and successfully reached a global customer base. Previous roles include Event Manager for Fresh Tuesdays at Mash Cambridge, Events & Marketing Coordinator at Anglia Ruskin University, and Co-Founder of Cajun Media, where affordable branding solutions were provided to businesses during the COVID-19 lockdown. Matt also has experience as a Communications Officer for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust and has held various positions in the events and sales sectors throughout a diverse career. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Enterprise & Entrepreneurial Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
