Cees van der Vlugt

Cees Van der Vlugt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Partner and People & Organisation Practice Lead at Cambridge Management Consulting since April 2021. Prior to this role, Cees held various leadership positions including Interim Director of Global People Operations at INFARM, where responsibilities included establishing a Global HR Services Platform and implementing WorkDay.
