Gavin Bell

Gavin Bell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Digital Programs at the University of Bristol, where they oversee the implementation of the university's digital strategy. Prior to this role, Gavin worked as a Transformation Director at Cambridge Management Consulting and as a Business and Technology Consultant at Project Pros. Gavin also took a sabbatical break in 2021 to focus on personal projects and coaching work. Before that, Gavin held various positions at Fujitsu, including Director of Delivery for Retail and Hospitality, Director of Delivery for Private Sector Business Applications, Client Executive for Post Office, and Account Director for Home Office. Gavin started their career as the Head of Payment Services Business at Post Office Ltd and later as the Head of Strategic Projects. Gavin'searly work experience includes being the MD for Europe and CTO at Magex Holdings Ltd., an internet start-up, and a role as a Programme Manager and Deputy Head of Core Systems at NatWest. Gavin Bell began their education in 1989 at the University of Warwick, where they studied Electronic Engineering. Gavin pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree and later completed a Master of Engineering degree, graduating in 1993.
