Emilda Sayuti

Emilda Sayuti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Emilda is currently working as a Factory Manager at Cambridge Mask Co, where they are responsible for managing the efficiency of the production line and identifying areas of improvement. Emilda is also a Mentor at Wedu, a non-profit social enterprise based in Bangkok, Thailand, where they support and guides women changemakers across Asia. Emilda dedicates a significant amount of time each month to meetings, utilizing leadership development curriculum, and providing guidance to their mentee. Emilda has also worked as the President Commissioner at PT Desain Ekraf Mahakarya, a custom garment manufacturer, where they oversaw operations and aimed to simplify the process of making custom garments. In addition, they have served as a Guest Lecturer at Universitas Andalas and a Lecturer at Universitas Putera Batam, sharing their expertise in relevant subjects. Early in their career, Emilda held various roles at Worn2Win, including Factory Manager, Production Manager, and Assistant Production Manager, where they were responsible for planning, overseeing production activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked as a MASTER SCHEDULER at Aker Solutions, estimating lead times for tender orders, and as a Planner at PT. EVOX RIFA INDONESIA (KEMET CHARGED COMPANY), confirming and communicating orders received from sales.

Emilda Sayuti started their education in 2007 at Andalas University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Emilda completed this degree in 2011. In 2015, Emilda enrolled in the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology - UTM, where they obtained a Master's degree in Technology and Innovation Management by 2016. During the same year, they also attended Keio University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Later, in 2019, Emilda attended the Maastricht School of Management, where they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management.
