Catriona has 18 years of experience in Human Resource management. Following roles with Barclays and The Olsen Corporation, she became HR Manager at Swedish company Polygon, a business with 2,900 staff in 13 countries. More recently, she has been running her own HR consultancy, Harper Resources Limited. Catriona joined CML in 2017 to manage the growing HR needs of the business.
