Tom Ridgman

Tom is the director of external education at Cambridge University's Institute for Manufacturing. He previously held the position of course director for the Advanced Course in Design, Manufacture, and Management (ACDMM) and is on the Board of Trustees of the Engineering Council. Prior to joining Cambridge University, Tom worked in the automotive industry for 20 years with a variety of roles in new product development, manufacturing strategy, and manufacturing operations.
