Krysta Garton has over a decade of experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Manager of Professional Practice and Accreditation/Emergency Preparedness Lead at Cambridge Memorial Hospital since June 2010. In this role, Krysta collaborates with various stakeholders to uphold high standards of compliance with Accreditation Canada and has also worked as a Shift Administrator, Registered Nurse, and Charge Nurse, leading teams and ensuring efficient patient flow in a medicine unit. Additionally, Krysta serves as a BScN Clinical Instructor at Conestoga College and previously worked as an Unregulated Care Provider at Royal on Gordon. Krysta holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nipissing University and a Practical Nursing Diploma from Conestoga College.
