Rob Howe

Director, Digital Health at Cambridge Memorial Hospital

Rob Howe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rob is currently the Director of Digital Health at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, where they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructor in the School of Business at Conestoga College from December 2019 to December 2021.

From January 2020 to October 2021, Rob held the position of Director of Integrated Comprehensive Care Program at St. Mary's General Hospital. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager for the PRISM ERP/EMR project from December 2017 to January 2020, and as an Improvement System Facilitator from October 2014 to December 2017 at the same organization.

Rob also has experience working at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, where they served as a Process Improvement Manager from February 2013 to October 2014. Rob Howe obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and an Honours Computing Electronics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2000 to 2005. Rob later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders and Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) from CHIME in 2023.
