Lesley Daniel

Prior to joining the trust team, Lesley was an Assistant Principal at Swavesey Village College having been promoted to this role after leading the English Curriculum Area of the academy for a number of highly successful years. Lesley became an SLE in the first year of the role and has worked in a variety of CMAT and other schools to raise achievement.

Having spent a year on secondment to Ofsted undertaking the same training as HMIs, she continues to lead inspections in both primary and secondary schools.

Returning to CMAT in April 2015, Lesley played a key role in developing the quality assurance and school improvement arms of CMAT. She is also a member of the academy council at West Town Primary Academy.
