Ananthalakshmi Dhandapani

AnanthaLakshmi Dhandapani currently serves as the Director of India - HR & Operations at Cambridge Mobile Telematics since August 2025, overseeing HR functions for the India location. Prior to this role, AnanthaLakshmi held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Mindgate Solutions from May 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included HR leadership for Chennai and the Middle East, cross-cultural HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives. AnanthaLakshmi's extensive HR experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Tagit Pte Ltd from December 2015 to April 2023, managing HR operations across multiple countries, as well as various HR roles at FULL Creative and Hindustan Motors Ltd. AnanthaLakshmi holds an MBA in HR & Systems from Anna University Chennai and a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
