Isaku Kamada

Principal Customer Success Manager II at Cambridge Mobile Telematics

Isaku Kamada has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Team Founder and President for VEX Robotics Team #1492 W.A.S.A.B.I. Robotics from 2010 to 2013. Isaku then worked as a QA Engineering Intern at Onshape Inc. in 2015 and as an Engineering Design Powertrain Co-Op at Toyota Technical Center in 2016. In 2017, Isaku joined SharkNinja as a Mechatronics Engineer, where they developed high volume robotic platforms and led product optimization and next-generation platform development projects. Isaku was promoted to Senior Mechatronics Engineer and played a key role in launching the Shark IQ Robot, which won the 2020 Red Dot Award in product design. In 2019, Isaku transitioned to Cambridge Mobile Telematics as a Senior Mechanical Engineer - IoT, before moving to a role as a Senior Program Manager. Isaku then became the Manager of Customer Success, leading program management and customer success efforts in the APAC region, with a particular focus on Japan, SE Asia, and Australia. Isaku has recently held the role of Principal Customer Success Manager I and is currently a Principal Customer Success Manager II at Cambridge Mobile Telematics, where they continue to provide exceptional customer support and drive sales and business development initiatives. Throughout their career, Isaku has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering and robotics.

Isaku Kamada holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which was obtained from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, Kamada completed a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online in 2022. Kamada also graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science (Sc.B) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Kamada has obtained various certifications such as Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Levels 1-5 from SuccessHACKER, Incident Command/Incident Management System Level 1 from Blackrock 3 Partners, Certified Onshape Professional from Onshape Inc., and Introduction to Machine Learning with TensorFlow Nanodegree from Udacity.
