Justin Cherny

Director Of Customer Success Engineering at Cambridge Mobile Telematics

Justin Cherny has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 at Roger Williams University as a Research Assistant, where they conducted cancer research, carotenoid extraction, and researched the effects of retinoic acid on embryonic development. Justin then pursued a Ph.D. at Wesleyan University and completed it in 2013. Following that, they worked at JoVE in various roles, including Science Editor, User Engagement Specialist, Project Manager, Manager of the Innovation Department, Director of Operations, and VP of Operations. In these positions, they improved company systems, optimized workflows, and oversaw departments such as IT, video production, and editorial. Since 2019, they have been working at Cambridge Mobile Telematics, initially as a Senior Program Manager and currently as the Director of Customer Success Engineering.

Justin Cherny obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology/Bioinformatics from Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology, General and Environmental Chemistry from Roger Williams University between 2003 and 2007. Justin completed their high school education at Andover High School, obtaining a High School Diploma in General Studies and Biology from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Justin has obtained various certifications in Customer Success Management from SuccessHACKER, including levels 1 to 5.
