Cambridge Mobile Telematics
Lewis Girod has over two decades of experience in the field of computer science and engineering, currently serving as Chief Architect for IoT Systems and Sr. Distinguished Engineer at Cambridge Mobile Telematics since January 2012. Previously, Lewis held various roles at MiT, including Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Researcher, focusing on networks and mobile systems. Lewis also contributed as Principal Investigator for a Phase I SBIR project at TrafficRNA, Inc. (now Cambridge Mobile Telematics) and worked as a Senior Development Engineer at Sensoria Corp. Lewis began academia as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Embedded Networked Sensing (CENS/UCLA). Educational credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from UCLA, along with multiple degrees from the University of Southern California and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
