Mary Osward

Mary Osward has been working in the industry since 1994. Mary began their career at BARCOLENE COMPANY as an Analytical Laboratory Manager. In 1997, they joined Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products as a Quality Manager/ Development Manager and Quality Control Manager/ Development. In 2008, they moved to Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products, Inc. as a Development and Business Services Director. In 2010, they joined Cambridge Polymer Group as a Quality Manager. In this role, they created and implemented a Quality Management System that was ISO Certified in 6 months and a safety program compliant to OSHA regulations. Mary has identified and qualified vendors resulting in improvements in price, quality, and lead-times. Additionally, they have created and implemented trainings resulting in company wide commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Mary Osward attended Eastern Nazarene College from 2008 to 2008 and obtained a SPHR in Human Resources. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Emmanuel College (Boston) and earned a MS in Management. Mary Osward also holds a Bachelors from Bridgewater State University in Chemistry. Additionally, they have a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
