Sarah Symes is a dedicated education professional with a strong background in literacy intervention and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction. Currently serving as a Reading Interventionist at Cambridge Public Schools since September 2019, Sarah has previously held positions such as Circulation Assistant at Harvard University's Tozzer Anthropology Library and Reading Specialist Intern at Cambridge Public Schools. Experience includes teaching ESL to international high school students and developing differentiated literacy units for English Language Learners. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Language and Literacy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education with a sub-concentration in ESL from Boston University.
