Brent Holman-Gomez joined Cambridge in 1996 and is currently charged with the firm’s asset management of senior housing properties held by its affiliated entities, as well as origination and underwriting of new lending. In his asset management role, working closely with senior housing operators, he manages risks inherent with clinical operations, monitors financial performance, manages capital expenditures, and presents property plans from licensure to payor mix.
Mr. Holman-Gomez has closed $100M of long-term care loans with a variety of funding solutions, including sale/leaseback; HUD-insured; conduit; FNMA, and conventional bank mortgages for single properties and large portfolios.
Mr. Holman-Gomez holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from DePaul University College of Commerce.
