Brad Fitts

Brad Fitts has over 19 years of banking experience. Brad started their career in 2001 as a Senior Loan Officer at Foundation Mortgage Inc and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America Home Loans. Brad then joined Citizens Bank in 2011 as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and worked there until 2013. In 2014, Brad Fitts started working at Cambridge Savings Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer and later became a Vice President, Senior Business Development Officer. Since 2020, they have been serving as the First Vice President Small Business Development Team Leader at Cambridge Savings Bank. Throughout their career, Brad Fitts has specialized in SBA financing, assisting start-up businesses, and individuals in purchasing existing businesses, as well as helping existing companies with various financing needs.
