Stephen J. Coukos began their work experience as an Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP in 1986. Stephen J. then moved on to Bingham Dana LLP in 1988, where they worked as a Partner until 1995. From 1995 to 2000, they worked as a Partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP. In 2000, they became a Partner at Edwards & Angell LLP, and remained there until 2004. After that, they worked as a Shareholder (Partner) at Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.C. from 2005 to 2007. Stephen J. then joined Chu, Ring & Hazel LLP as a Partner from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Cambridge Savings Bank since May 2011.

Stephen J. Coukos attended Stanford Law School and graduated in 1986 with a J.D. degree. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree from Trinity College (CT) in 1981. Stephen also completed their high school education at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, graduating as a part of the Class of 1977.
