Dayton has spent his entire career in the animal health industry, having spent time in Manufacturing for Merck Animal Health before joining the Cambridge team in 2016. As Production Supervisor, he ensures that various departments including concentration, batching/bottling, media prep, adjuvant production, and fermentation operate efficiently to produce high-quality products that meet or exceed both company and regulatory standards.
