Amit Singh

Amit Singh is a highly experienced Sr. Principal RFIC Design Engineer currently with Cambridge Terahertz since August 2024, having previously served as a Principal RFIC Design Engineer at TeraDAR and RFIC Design Lead at Humatics. Amit has a robust background in millimeter-wave integrated circuits for gigabit wireless communications and phased-array antenna systems, with expertise in nano-scale CMOS/BiCMOS technologies. Prior roles include Millimeter wave IC design Researcher at Nokia Bell Labs, where responsibilities involved high-speed broadband circuit specifications and architecture definitions.
