Anand Dixit

Anand Dixit has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anand is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Cambridge Terahertz, a company they co-founded in 2023. Their mission is to make the terahertz band in the electromagnetic spectrum accessible to the public.

Prior to this, Anand worked at Blue Cheetah Analog Design, Inc. where they held the position of Vice President of Engineering from October 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Hardware Engineering from February 2020 to October 2020. At Blue Cheetah, Anand focused on making analog and mixed signal design easier through the use of modern software tools and a generator-based methodology.

Anand also has experience working at Analog Devices from an unspecified date in 2018 to February 2020. During their time there, they served as a Senior System Architect, Corporate Venture & Innovation, within the company's internal venture arm known as Analog Garage. In this role, they collaborated with internal and external startups to discover and develop innovations with high impact, including projects related to quantum computing, edge neural net accelerators, CAD tools, and device monitoring.

Prior to joining Analog Devices, Anand worked at Oracle America, Inc. for a significant period from 2000 to 2017. Anand held the role of Senior Principal Hardware Engineer and was a domain expert leading cross-functional initiatives across technology, design, test, and debug teams. Anand also had a strong background in silicon-proven analog and mixed signal design and was recognized as an industry expert on soft errors.

Anand's career began at National Semiconductor in 1998, where they worked as an Analog Design Engineer for two years.

Throughout their career, Anand Dixit has gained expertise in various aspects of technology, design, and innovation, making significant contributions to the companies they have worked for.

Anand Dixit has a diverse education history. Anand first attended City Montessori School in Lucknow, where they obtained their primary education degree. Anand then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Following this, Anand pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Their educational journey continued at Stanford University, where they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree specializing in Electrical Engineering. Anand furthered their academic pursuits by studying Quantum Computing Fundamentals at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on Leading Complex Projects.
