Callum Langley

Callum Langley currently serves as the Academy Player Care Manager at Cambridge United Football Club since October 2022 and as a Player Care Consultant with The Player Care Group since March 2024, focusing on enhancing player support and development. Prior experience includes roles as a Mental Health Outreach Worker at Cardiff Council from November 2019 to October 2022 and as a Performance Psychologist for Newport County AFC, where Langley organized psychological workshops for academy players. Additional experience encompasses tutoring and providing cover supervision in various secondary schools through Teaching Personnel from September 2017 to November 2019, working with students facing behavioral and learning challenges. Callum Langley holds a Master of Science in Sport Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Psychology from the University of South Wales.
