Jack Thorpe

Jack Thorpe currently serves as the Head of Academy Recruitment at Cambridge United Football Club since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jack held positions at Brentford Football Club as Academy Recruitment Coordinator and at Colchester United Football Club as Head of Academy Recruitment and Academy Chief Scout. Jack's career in football recruitment began with a managerial role at The Player Pool, following experience as Head Researcher for Football Manager games at Sports Interactive and Head of London & South-East Recruitment at Wolves FC. Jack was Lead 16-21 Player Recruitment Officer and First Team Club Secretary at Barnet FC and has contributed to electronic arts as an Assistant Producer and Data Editor. Jack's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science completed in 2012.
