Simon Fletcher

Simon Fletcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as CEO and CTO of Real Wireless since January 2016, Simon also holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Small Cell Forum and co-chairs the UK5G Advisory Board International Working Group. In addition, Simon contributes as Chair of the CW International Conference Committee and leads the Smallcell SIG at Cambridge Wireless Ltd. Simon's involvement with Mobile VCE includes roles as Director and Green Radio Industrial Chairman. Previous experience includes a senior management role at NEC Telecom MODUS Ltd. from 1999 to 2015. Simon's educational background includes an Executive MBA and a Master's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey.
