Tim Bellamy is an accomplished transport professional with extensive experience in strategic transport planning and management. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Transport at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority since November 2019, Tim oversees the development and delivery of the authority's transport vision. Tim's previous roles include Long Term Business Planning Manager at Network Rail, where strategic planning capabilities were embedded across the organization, and Transport Consultant at Ringway Jacobs, focusing on the Essex Highways contract. Earlier positions include Transport & Regeneration Manager at Transport for Buckinghamshire, Regional Transport Manager at the East of England Regional Assembly, and Principal Transport Planner at Essex County Council. Tim holds an MSc in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hull.
