Agnieszka Ferguson

Agnieszka Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Agnieszka began their career as an Administrator at Urzad Skarbowy w Swidnicy, where they were responsible for administration and accounting tasks. Agnieszka then worked as a Ward Clerk at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, performing administrative duties, record keeping, and translating for Polish-speaking patients. Agnieszka then joined North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust as an Outpatients Appointments Clerk, where they managed appointments and communicated with patients. Agnieszka later worked at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust as an Administrator, providing administrative support to the Planned Care teams in Huntingdonshire.

Agnieszka's experience at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Research Secretary involved providing secretarial support to the Gastroenterology Research/Clinical Trials Team. Agnieszka joined Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust as an Ophthalmology Community Administrator, where they provided administrative support for the Diabetic Eye Screening Programme and handled data sets. At Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, Agnieszka worked as a Project Support Officer, providing project support and administration to the Service Redesign Team.

Agnieszka continued their career at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, where they held the role of Administration Support Officer for the Cancer Planned Care Team and later became a PPE Account Manager. Agnieszka also worked as a System Transformation Admin Assistant within the organization.

Agnieszka then joined Cambridgeshire County Council as a Business Support Manager, providing managerial and administrative support. Currently, Agnieszka is working at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) as a Project Support Officer for the Strategic Commissioning team.

Throughout their various roles, Agnieszka has demonstrated skills in administration, project support, data management, communication, and teamwork.
