Claudia Iton has extensive work experience in various sectors. Claudia is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS), where they are responsible for improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities. Prior to this, Claudia was a Member of the Board of Governors at the University of Portsmouth, where they played a crucial role in ensuring proper governance and implementing the university's strategy. Claudia also founded and managed Replete Consulting Ltd, a consulting company. In their previous roles at Unilever, Claudia served as the Global HR Director for Personal Care, HR Director for Household Care, Organisation Development Director for Home & Personal Care, and Management Development Director for Latin America Home & Personal Care. Claudia played an instrumental role in talent management, leadership development, and driving new ways of working in these positions. Claudia's work experience spans from 2001 to the present day.

Claudia Iton attended the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Claudia also earned a BSc degree from the same university, but the field of study for this degree is unknown.
