Dr Adrian Tams (MCIPD)

Dr Adrian Tams (MCIPD) is currently the Director of Workforce & Freedom To Speak Up Guardian at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS). Dr Adrian is also an Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Lincoln, supporting health and care trainees. Previously, Dr Adrian Tams has held various strategic roles in workforce development within the NHS, Health Education England, and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Dr Adrian's educational background includes a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh and various postgraduate degrees in strategic workforce planning and service transformation. Dr Adrian Tams is dedicated to shaping the future of Health and Social Care across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough through their leadership and strategic expertise.
