Jennie Rose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors and roles. Jennie currently works as the Personalised Care Lead for the South Integrated Partnership at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS). In this role, they are responsible for leading the implementation of Personalised Care across Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire, and South Cambridgeshire. Jennie supports Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, and Care Co-ordinators in Primary Care, and champions the Personalised Care approach across various sectors.
