Kelly also served as a Healthy Workplaces & Community Engagement Co-ordinator, leading community engagement efforts and coordinating the countywide Healthy Workplace service. Additionally, Gilders worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator and Community Engagement & Network Lead, where they developed strategies and collaborations to support community engagement and partnership working.

Prior to their work at Everyone Health - SLM, Gilders served as a Community Development Officer at Care Network Cambridgeshire, where they worked to improve community resilience across the district by collaborating with local people, councils, and voluntary sectors.

Gilders also had experience as a Sessional Chlamydia Screening Assistant at Terrence Higgins Trust and as a Team Leader for NCS - National Citizen Service, where they led and managed teams and facilitated skill development sessions for young people.

Kelly Gilders has a strong education background in public policy and community learning and development. Kelly obtained a Master of Arts (MA Hons) degree in Public Policy from the University of Glasgow, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Learning and Development from the University of Glasgow, completing it in the academic year 2014-2015.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kelly also holds several certifications in various areas.
