Sara Hodge has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Sara began their career at Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2013, where they served as a Leadership and Talent Manager for six years. In 2019, they joined Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, initially as a Locality Lead, leading the Healthy Children Program in multiple areas. Sara later transitioned to the role of International Recruitment Lead, where they focused on attracting and retaining staff from overseas. Currently, Sara is employed at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS), working as an Integrated Neighbourhood Project Manager. Sara'srole involves collaborating with community, voluntary sector, NHS, and local government to design and deliver services that enhance the well-being of individuals and communities. Despite the challenges posed by financial constraints, Sara is determined to make a positive difference and is delighted to work with dedicated colleagues towards this goal.

Sara Hodge received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European Studies from London Metropolitan University from 1987 to 1991. In 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Progressive Kinesiology from the Progressive Kinesiology Academy. Sara then pursued further education at the Office of Public Management from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. In 2013, Sara received a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Healthcare Education from Anglia Ruskin University. Finally, in 2014, they obtained a degree as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator - Registered Practitioner from OPP, specializing in MBTI.
