Adrian Hothem has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 at Baxter Healthcare, where they held various marketing and financial analyst roles. Adrian then joined Camco Chemical in 2012, initially as an Assistant Director of Business Development, moving up to Director, and ultimately becoming Vice President of Business Development. Adrian is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Camco Chemical, a position they assumed in January 2020.
Adrian Hothem earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Management Information systems from Miami University. Adrian attended Miami University for four years, from 2000 to 2004. Adrian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Adrian specialized in Marketing, Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship during their time at Kellogg, which lasted from 2009 to 2012.

These products cover a spectrum that includes hand cleaners, laundry detergents and industrial process chemicals, involving blends as complex as synthetic lubricants or as straight forward as a non-toxic mole repellent. We blend, QC-test and fill hundreds of liquid and powder formulations in packages as complex and small as quarter-pound form, and we fill and seal water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol packets as large and simple as bulk railcars.
