Stephen Singer has extensive experience in data analytics and information management within healthcare and community organizations. As the Senior Manager for Information Architecture and Data Analytics at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers since January 2014, Stephen leads initiatives to improve care for vulnerable populations in Camden, NJ. Previous roles include Advocacy Chair and Founding Member of Friends of Jackson, where Stephen championed public education initiatives, and positions at Benefits Data Trust and CamConnect, focusing on data-driven approaches to support needy individuals and manage public data. Educational credentials include a Master’s in City & Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Population Studies & Social Problem Solving from Rutgers University.

The Camden Coalition is a multidisciplinary nonprofit working to improve care for people with complex health and social needs in Camden, NJ, and across the country. Led by CEO Kathleen Noonan, JD, the Camden Coalition works to advance the field of complex care by implementing person-centered programs and piloting new models that address chronic illness and social barriers to health and well-being. Supported by a robust data infrastructure, cross-sector convening, and shared learning, our community-based programs deliver better care to the most vulnerable individuals in Camden and regionally.
