Frank Filipek, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frank began their career in 1990 as a Volunteer for Camden County. Frank then went on to hold various positions within the county, including serving as Deputy Director of Health & Human Services from 1999 to 2003 and as Director of the One Stop Resource Center from 2005 to 2016. Frank also worked as a Confidential Aide to the Freeholder's Office from 1997 to 1999. In 2010, they briefly served as a Contributing Writer for Camden County Woman Magazine. Additionally, Frank has entrepreneurial experience, owning and operating both Marlene Mangia Bene and Mangia Bene Pizzeria LLC along with business partners. Frank also served as a Board Member for Bellmawr Board of Education from 2006 to 2008 and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Main Street Woodbury from 2011 to 2014.
Frank Filipek, Jr. began their education journey in 1985 at Tennessee Technological University, where they focused on the study of Business. In 1990, they attended Camden County College, majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Following this, from 1992 to 1996, Filipek attended Rutgers University – Camden, concentrating on Accounting and Business/Management. In 2008, they enrolled at Thomas Edison State University, earning their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Continuing their education, Filipek pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Drexel University, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2012, they briefly attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, studying International Business.
