Kerry Hagarty Richards

Kerry Hagarty Richards has extensive experience in community outreach and fiscal management, currently serving as the Sponsorship & Community Outreach Coordinator and Commissioner Director Chief of Staff at Camden County since September 2013. Previously, Kerry held the position of Business Development Manager at Hagarty Associates from May 2012 to September 2013. Kerry's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Finance from East Carolina University, completed between 1983 and 1987, as well as a high school diploma from Moorestown High School, obtained in 1983.
