Roland Gibson

Roland Gibson has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Department Manager at Camden Commercial since February 2016, where responsibilities include starting a new commercial department, estimating jobs, and overseeing construction and budgets. At Camden Homes, where Roland has been Area Manager since August 2014, quality of homes and production processes of builders are monitored. Prior to these roles, Roland was a Project Manager at Ziggy's Construction from August 2003 to August 2014, focusing on lead generation and communication with various stakeholders in commercial construction. Roland's career began as an Equipment Operator with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters from June 1997 to 2003, safely operating equipment at trade shows. Roland holds an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management from Dallas College North Lake Campus and a diploma in Math and Science.
