Brandon Boey

Brandon Boey currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary & Director of Compliance at Camden National Bank, a role held since December 2020. Prior to this position, Brandon accumulated significant experience at Unum from January 2014 to December 2020, where Brandon held titles of Assistant Vice President & Managing Counsel and Assistant Vice President & Senior Regulatory Counsel. Brandon's legal career began at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as an Associate from 2009 to 2013 and includes earlier roles in investment banking at Updata Partners and UBS Investment Bank, focusing on technology M&A and mergers & acquisitions, respectively. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Communications from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University.
