Trish Rose

Trish Rose is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in retail and mortgage banking. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Retail and Mortgage Banking at Camden National Bank since September 2017, Trish also holds the position of Director of Sales Onboarding at Citizens Bank, focusing on enhancing the new colleague experience in Consumer Banking. Prior to these roles, Trish spent over 15 years at Santander Bank, N.A., advancing through various leadership positions including Executive Vice President, Interim Director Network Business & Operations, and Director of Network Learning & Organizational Development. Trish's early career included leadership roles that emphasized sales performance, team development, and customer engagement across a large network of branches. Trish holds a degree from Providence College.
