Caroline Lillja

Caroline Lillja, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Camden Property Trust since June 2024. Previously, Caroline held the position of Financial Reporting & Corporate Accounting Manager at Chord Energy from June 2023 to June 2024, and served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte between June 2021 and June 2023, where Caroline also worked as a Manager. Prior experience includes various roles at Phillips 66 from April 2016 to June 2021, including Specialist in Midstream FP&A and External Reporting, as well as Financial Analyst. Caroline began their career at EY as a FAAS - Commodities Senior and Assurance Staff from August 2013 to April 2016, and completed an internship at MassMutual Financial Group in 2011. Caroline holds an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
