Kathy Hernandez, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Marketing at Camden Property Trust since September 2013, where responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans to enhance occupancy, net operating income, and customer experience. Kathy manages a team focusing on various marketing initiatives, such as SEO, advertising, and online reputation management, while driving website development and marketing technology innovations. Prior experience includes roles at Cameron as a Strategic Marketing Specialist and at Aggreko in both financial and marketing analyst positions. Kathy holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
