David Helberg Mba

David Helberg holds an MBA and multiple certifications including CIA, CFE, and CRMA. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice-Chair of the IIA North American Board and as a member of the IIA Global Board of Directors since September 2022, David also acts as a Certified Quality Assessor and Qualified Facilitator within the IIA Quality Assurance Services and Learning Services. As the Chief of Internal Audit Services and Corporate Ethics at Cameco Corporation since April 2010, David has held various progressive roles in internal audit. Additionally, since July 2018, David has been an Audit Committee Member at Joint Venture Inkai Limited Liability Partnership, which operates an in situ recovery uranium mine in Kazakhstan. David also contributed as a Sessional Instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic from January 2012 to April 2020, teaching courses in Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Change, and Introduction to Marketing.
