Nicole Cardoza

Nicole Cardoza is a seasoned entrepreneur and impact leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Reclamation Ventures since July 2019, where the focus is on elevating underestimated entrepreneurs through early-stage investments. In June 2020, Nicole established Anti-Racism Daily, a newsletter aimed at providing resources for dismantling white supremacy. Previously, as the Founder and Executive Director of Wellemental from April 2014 to October 2022, Nicole scaled a nonprofit that supports teachers with yoga resources to engage 500 educators nationwide. Additional experience includes serving as a Product Consultant for Mind Yeti at Committee for Children and roles in digital marketing and strategic planning at various firms including General Assembly, R/GA, Rosetta, and Ogilvy & Mather. Nicole holds a BBA in Advertising and Promotions and International Management from Pace University.
