Tera Hoover

Tera Hoover is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Product Operations Specialist at CamelBak since January 2018, Tera has also held roles as a Product Release Coordinator and East Coast Account Services Representative within the same company. Prior to CamelBak, Tera worked as an HR Coordinator at First Cal and gained valuable experience at Sonoma State University Center for International Education as a Student Assistant-Lead Ambassador, overseeing ambassador activities and managing visitor interactions. Early career experiences include roles as a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor LOFT and Ann Taylor Outlet, focusing on customer relations and transaction management. Tera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with a minor in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and has furthered education at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
