Tien Le

Tien Le is a skilled technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. As a co-founder of Camelo HQ since January 2020, Tien drives innovation and strategic direction. Previously, Tien served as Head of Engineering at Employment Hero from February 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading a rapidly growing engineering team and establishing a remote engineering hub in Saigon that expanded from 1 to over 70 engineers. Tien's earlier roles include Project Director at East Agile, focusing on Ruby on Rails web development, and Team Lead at BPN Asia, where Tien contributed to the delivery of economical and high-quality IT solutions. Tien holds a degree in IT - Software Engineering from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology HCMC, completed in 2009.
