Lynette Karabis, MSHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lynette is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Camelot Illinois since March 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Director of People & Culture at the same company from November 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they held the position of Director of People & Culture from January 2018 to November 2019 and started their journey at Camelot Illinois as a Human Resources Business Partner from March 2017 to January 2018.

Before joining Camelot Illinois, Lynette worked at XL Catlin as a Human Resources Manager from May 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they collaborated with business leaders across various HR functions and designed and delivered programs to achieve desired results.

Prior to their experience at XL Catlin, Lynette worked at WMS Gaming from November 2009 to September 2014. Lynette held the position of Senior Employee Relations Professional from August 2012 to September 2014 and started as an Employee Relations Specialist from November 2009 to August 2012.

Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Euro RSCG Tatham Partners from October 2003 to March 2004 and as a Human Resources Intern at W Hotels in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Lynette holds several certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, Certified Diversity Professional from the National Diversity Council, and Leadership Development & Succession Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Lynette obtained these certifications in May 2022, May 2021, and March 2019, respectively.
